This website

Pages are delivered as pre-built static content. The site uses no JavaScript for visitor tracking, writes no cookie and creates no application session.

No external font or image is loaded. A third-party font server would mean handing your IP address to someone on our behalf.

The contact page is the one exception. The form there is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which reads technical information from your browser — your IP address among it — to judge whether a bot is filling the form; Cloudflare processes that under its own privacy policy. It happens on that page only, and the rest of the site loads nothing from outside.

The server hosting this site may keep technical access logs, as any web server does (IP address, browser, requested address). Those logs are not used for marketing.

When you write to us

When you fill in the form or send an email, we use what you send only to reply to you and follow up on your request.

We do not add the address to a mailing list and do not pass it to third parties. If you want the correspondence deleted, writing to us is enough.

The product itself

Installed on-premises, the product runs on your server: your packages, your user list and your audit trail stay in your database and we have no access to them. In the cloud, that same data sits on a server we operate, in a database of your own.

On-premises the product does not connect outward. Nothing in it phones home, licence verification included: the signed licence file is read locally.

During support, sharing a log or a screenshot is your choice. No data reaches us on its own.
