Pricing

Two ways to run it, priced differently: the cloud plans have their figures printed below, while an installation on your own server comes with a quote. What is not included is written down as plainly as what is.

First decide: where does it run?

The first question this product gets is “where does our data go”, and the answer depends on this choice. Technically it is the same product; what differs is whose hands the server is in.

On your own server

The product runs on your server. Package archives, the user list and the audit trail stay in your database, and we have no access to any of it.

  • No data leaves your company
  • Works on networks with no internet connection at all
  • Licence validation is offline — no external server is contacted
  • Installation, backups and upgrades are managed by your IT team

The price follows your seat count and the support you expect. Tell us your seats and which AutoCAD releases you run, and we will come back the same day with a firm annual figure.

Platform fee + seats

The price has two parts: the plan’s annual platform fee, and a seat fee for every engineer who installs tools. The seat fee is the same in all three plans — growing is not punished. The number of servers, packages in your catalogue and releases you make does not affect it; you never pay extra for publishing your own tools.

    Custom

    101 seats or more

Several offices, separate catalogues, internal processes.

Past a hundred seats an installation stops being one shape. Printing a figure here would mean printing a number we would have to take back in the first serious conversation; instead we listen to what you need and quote it.

    • Separate catalogues and multi-office installation
    • Adaptation to your internal processes
    • An installation and migration plan

Monthly and annual are two separate price lists; neither is derived from the other. Paying annually costs less in every plan, and each card says exactly how much less — the figure on the badge is the smallest of them, so it holds everywhere.

All figures are in US dollars and exclude tax; tax is added to the invoice according to your country.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is one person who signs in and can install tools. Administrator accounts count as seats. When someone leaves, their seat goes to whoever replaces them: what matters is how many people are active at once, not how many passed through during the year.

Included in the subscription

  • Server, admin panel and the AutoCAD add-in — all in one installation
  • Unlimited packages, unlimited versions, unlimited releases
  • Product updates and support for new AutoCAD releases
  • Database migration scripts and the bill of materials (SBOM)
  • Interface in Turkish, English and Azerbaijani
  • Support level and backup retention according to your plan

Not included

We write these down up front. Line items discovered in the second year, not during the quote, are what destroy trust.

  • Rewriting or repairing your existing LISP/.NET tools
  • Your AutoCAD licences and any third-party add-in licences
  • On-premises: server hardware, operating system and database licences
  • Development specific to your internal processes (quoted separately)

Your tools do not stop when the licence expires

This is not a promise, it is behaviour pinned by a test in the product: with an expired licence no product feature is disabled, no user is blocked, and installed tools keep working. The system only tells the administrator. This product distributes the tools engineers work with; locking it would stop your drawing production, and no contractual dispute is worth that.

Running it on your own server?

Tell us your seat count and which AutoCAD releases you run, and we will come back the same day with a firm annual figure. Demos and pilot installations are not charged.
